Navigation issue after upgrading
 

I recently upgraded to beta 26. After doing so my navigation changed. I had a tab for the homepage title "HOME" which changed to "FORUMS". I edited the navigation and saved the changes to correct it back. It seemed to work but after refreshing and traveling through a few pages, it changed back to "FORUMS" again. I have cleared cache and cookies and even checked a separate browser and the issue still persists.

Very strange... any ideas?
