Problems posting HTML
 

I have been having a heck of a time posting HTML. I am logged in as admin and have checked all of my permissions and have them set to "all" specifically the HTML bubbles. Still every time I attempt to post a new topic in HTML, the coding displays.

Here is the specific example, I will be deleting it later today.

Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated. I have ran into this issue before, it seems to keep coming up.... please advise?
