Encoding for german characters
 

Hey guys, i just tried to upgrade from 4.2 to vb5C and everything went fine, except the encoding for german characters (see http://h2110400.stratoserver.net/).
The mySQL version is 5.1.66 and the collation is latin1_swedish_ci. (Same for the vb4 version and there special characters work.)

The charset is ISO-8859-1 and i tried utf-8 as well. I searched for an option in the config.php, but didn't find any hints.
Do you have an idea, where i could fix this?
