CMS Changing Article Order Numbers in a Section, doesn't re-arrange it.
 

When I edit a section with content and re-order the Sub-section content, it doesn't actually change when viewed live. But it does change the order when looked at in the "edit" view.

I want to have a section about a company/place that users can write articles about as "Reviews". But I'd like to "Sticky" an article so that basic information about the company/place can always be seen at the top.
