Forum French Language pack not working.
 

I am trying to install the French Language pack and I can get it too work.

VB version 4.2.0

Steps :

1- downloaded the French Language pack from members area.
2- Create the new French Language with correct parameters.
3- Used import function to import vbulletin-language-fr.xml into the create French language.
4- Import the rest of the .xml files one after the other into the same French Language.

When I switch language on the forum, nothing changes, its still all in English?
