Suite vBulletin 4.2 Installation stuck at Connection successful Status: Installing, Step 2 of 7
 

Trying to do a fresh installation of vBulletin 4.2 and it got stuck on Connection successful Status: Installing, Step 2 of 7. I checked the DB and the tables were created, waited for an hour, nothing happened. So, I refreshed the page and purged the tables and it is now stuck again, below is the detail log. I am new to vBulletin so not sure what the next step to fix it is.
