Uninstall from website to re-create another?
 

I install vbulleting in a website that is not moving the way I wanted, so I ask this question. Is posible to delete my whole data from that website, uninstall the whole vbulleting and use my license to re-create that website with a diferent whole new idea? or I can't, I mean, I don't mean or want to clone the website, i just want to use my license to create a whole new community. Sorry for my english.
