Removed user is getting email notifications.
 

I had a user that wanted to be removed from the forum. I have completely removed him and now his posts say guest.

He just contacted me letting me know that he is getting email notifications...now here is the weird part, he is getting them from forum sections that are only accessible to Admins.

Any suggestions on where his email could be hiding?
