Forum How to edit text and background colours?

Can anyone help me out with this, please? I want to edit the colour of the text where it says (in the above photo) "main category" - and also underneath where it says Knicks forum.

I managed to get my own logo and background colour on my site as you can see in the image, but have hit a roadblock at this stage.

I'm looking to make the text black in both circumstances, and the border orange.

Any help is majorly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
