CMS Mistake made while upgrading 4.1.8 to 4.2
 

Was wondering if anyone can help me get out of a jam.

I accidentally FTP'd the "upload" folder for my old 4.1.8 version into my root directory and then realized I had the wrong "upload" folder and so I FTP'd the correct 4.2.0 "upload" folder into my root directory.

Now everytime I try to run the install.php script in the browser the system thinks I am trying to upgrade to 4.1.8 and I really am trying to upgrade to 4.2.0 since I already am running 4.1.8.

Maybe someone can tell me what I need to do to make it work now that I have completely confused myself as to what I need to do to fix the situation I got myself into lol.
