Suite Uploading to server question
 

I just purchased vBulletin and have a quick question about uploading.

When uploading to my server in the "public_html" folder, should I upload the entire "upload" folder that contains the software or upload the files directly to "public_html"? I've seen posts that say both. Which is more ideal? Appreciate the assistance.

PS: If it helps I'm using Bluehost.
