CMS Add comments to old/new CMS articles
 

Before there was a vB CMS, I had a forum for comments on articles that I would post in static pages that would contain a link to the thread on the topic in question.

I am now entering these old articles into the vB CMS and want to move those old comment messages to the appropriate article. When I move them to the comment thread that is created when the CMS article is entered, the comments are now showing in the article. How do I go about this?

(Adding a comment from the article page does not work). Rebuilding threads does not work either

content.php listing DOES show that the article has those comments and how may there are, but the article itself does not. I'm using the current version of vB (4.2.0) and this was not happening with v4.1.9
