Support or the lack of same
 

I keep reading about questions of support for various aspects of VB and the reply always seem to be "We do not support this or that".
Or if a person wants to read or see what type of things are supported it is locked in some secrete room than only $250.00 will give you access to.
My questions before I spend money to access this secrete room you have is, what are you hiding from the general public? Why do you not support VB and all that it entails?
