Forum Database Issue
 

So I accidentally deleted my main database user and then tried to readding the same name. Now my forum won't load at all. It's giving me a database error.

Which files do I have to update/modify within VB 4.0, latest version? Where is exactly is that file(s) located? I tried to edit config.php but the file I found didn't have anything in there regarding database settings.
