Forum CODE Tags in Editor v4.2 I upgraded to version 4.2 last week – https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...g-Registration There is something I noted in the editor regarding the CODE tags. Usually, I write my posts in Word (2010 currently). In version 4.1.12, I copied and pasted my posts from Word. I selected the block of text and clicked # to add the CODE tags. The editor displayed perfectly lined up the CODEd text, regardless of zoom. The CODE area inserted automatically a horizontal scrollbar (in addition to a vertical scrollbar, if necessary). The editor in version 4.2 displays correctly the CODE text area only in 100% zooms. For larger zooms (Ctrl+ in browsers), the horizontal lines are truncated. Only the vertical scrollbar is added, but NO horizontal scrollbar. I checked the settings in my Admin CP, but didn’t find any setting relevant to the horizontal scroll bar of CODE. There is a setting for the vertical scrollbar. I wonder how to have the same behavior of CODE horizontal scrolling as in version 4.1.12. You can look at this thread in my forum created first in v4.1.12 and the last 3 posts in v4.2.0; CODE is perfectly lined up in 100% zoom in the first posts; try Ctrl+ or Ctrl++ and see that CODE areas in the last posts are no longer lined up… Lie File Reports Ion Saliu |
