Forum Database Server Swap Without Direct Access
 

I am going to be moving a forum that is hosted by another server to mine.

I do not have direct access to the current server. I do have admin control panel access though.

Is there any easy way for me to get a copy of the exisiting database via the admin control panel?

If so, what is then what is the easiest way to get it loaded to my server?
