I use two custom fields. One for country and the other for occupation. The latter allows for multiple selection.

I am looking to get a list of email for users from specific country a specific occupation, without additional occupations. E.g., registered users from USA that area just say "plummers", but not "plummers" and something else.

Currently the admin cp will output all users that have one of the options.
