Conditional to trigger statement on null profile field
 

i got a couple of profile fields that i dont want them to be required but i want to somewhat make the user fill them. so those users who havent select a value to get a msg in header template

i want if 1 of the 3 fields is empty that the user should get a msg to go to user cp and fill them
