Mobile style is somehow picking up a custom message template from the VB3 styles that are left from upgrade

In my mobile style the quick reply box is some how picking up a template addition that doesn't appear to be in the mobile style

I created a message in VB3 $vbphrase[message] that talks about formatting of messaged when copying and pasting - it recommends pasting to notepad to remove formatting

Some how that message is showing up the the VB4 mobile style quick reply even though $vbphrase[message] is not in the mobile style templates

the quick reply looks like the attachment
the message above it is ONLY in the VB3 templates and isnt showing in any of the other VB4 templates
