vBulletin 508 Compliant?
 

I searched the forum but there didn't seem to be any threads on this so alas I had to ask. Is vBulletin 4 or 5 Section 508 Complaint?

I wanted to use an online forum for a project I'm working on; but since its for the government it needs to be 508 compliant. I'm hoping someone on this forum has had to deal with this requirement before and would be able to provide some guidance. I'm sure font sizes and colors are customizable and would be easily addressed, but can the forum be used with assistive technologies like screen readers etc.
