Forum Password Expiry Changing Additional Usergroups back to standard Registered Usergroup
 

Today we put in a new policy in place that users much change their password every 180 days.

So we went in and changed the password expiry for all usergroups to 180 days.

Now when members of our additional usergroups (ie our subscription usergroup) get the message to change their password, when they change their password their usergroup is changed to the Registered Member usergroup.

Why is it doing that?
