Woke up to the site being down.

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php

Would this be from a modification and not all files being uploaded or something else?

Our owner, who is the server expert, hasn't been online since yesterday morning, so I can PM server info to a support staff if they're willing to look into it / fix it if it's not from a modification.

EDIT: I *think* it might have been from what Sean did here. I didn't notice the reply until now.
