Forum 'Allow [VIDEO] Code' missing in settings
 

I just noticed some of my forums will have the video embed button on the WYSIWYG editor while other forums do not. I searched around and most people said that enabling the [VIDEO] code in the appropriate forum settings will allow it but its totally missing from all the forum settings, including the forums that already allow video embedding.

I've compared the forum settings side by side with the ones that allow video embedding to the ones that do not and they're identical. I'm logged in and viewing as the admin for what its worth.

Unless I'm missing something, I'm pretty stumped. Any help is appreciated.
