Forum Hyperlinks displaying Page name, instead of url
 

On a forum I belong to, I have noticed that when someone posted a web url, that instead of the post displaying the url as a hyperlink, it displays the name of that page as a hyperlink.

I am just seeing if this might be a mod, or a function in vbulletin that I am unaware of.
