Forum Link to Add to Usergoup?
 

Hi vbulletin Comunity!

I'm setting up a forum with various usergroups and private forums. I'd like to give certain usergroups access to certain forums, while limiting them to others.

I'd like to provide them a link that will allow them to join a specific usergroup. I've seen that forums can be password protected, but I don't want to require them to use a password.

How can I automate someone joining a specific usergroup without me having to change their usergroup manually?

I used vbulletin 6 years ago and seemed to remember there was a way to have them join through a link? Is this still possible?
