site slow and apache issue
 

1. The site is slow to load with just one person (myself) on it. Is that a known issue that will get worked out? I am hosting on a fast VPS and they said there is nothing wrong with the server.

2. I have had to restart apache 3 times when the site goes down. Is there any issue with version 5 and apache?
