CMS Form elements shifted in mobile mode

I use a static page for some forms.

Elements such as radio buttons or normal buttons get shifted in the mobile mode by jquery.mobile-1.0.min.css which contains CSS definitions such as

and such.


When I look at the generated source code in FF my radio input definitions gets wraped by a DIV with class ui-radio such that:
