If i click on the link in the Admincp>Settings>options>facebook Options--->developers Link .. It is going to the wrong link the proposed link it highlights is facebook.com/developers the correct link that you are directed to out side of your admincp ((if copy and past it in you browers)(because all I bring up using the developers link is a blank page)) is
https://developers.facebook.com/ and this link takes me to the developers page of facebook...
