Attached Picture Looks Blurry
 

When I attached Picture in my forum the attached picture looks blurry than the original one.... Have I done something wrong in the settings?
What should I do?

and here I found a strange thing... My attacement here is a gif file but when I upload it ..its converted to a jpg file....:eek:
