How many IT folks run your community?
 

I pretty much do everything on my own and I have another admin who takes care of server stuff that I don't know (since I play guitar for a living and not run servers). I've sen it mentioned that soe of hte larger VB sites need "teams" of people to run them which doesn't make much sense to me...so how big is your community and how many folks are NEEDED to run it?
