Recently took over a site but cant get access to VB
 

I recently took over a site but the previous owner cannot remember their username/password etc for vbulletin and does not seem willing to helpe me. This means I do not have the licence number etc. Is there any way I can update the software etc without it?

Also the admin account was reduced down to a normal member by someone by accident, is there any way to get these rights back so that I can have use of the full admin account?
