Forum Admin and member log in problems
 

My site was hacked http://frontierindia.org/forum and the server folks restored my forum from a backup that is few days old. Now neither me or users are able to log in. When resetting password, it says that the random reply for spam check is wrong, where as I followed it correctly. How do I restore access to myself and my members? I used the admin CP tools.php method without success. Even as we type first password, which is correct, the system says wrong password and states that 15 tries are over and can try only after 15 mins.
