Forum Search problem with vBulletin 4.1.2 and PHP 5.3.20
 

We are using vBulletin 4.1.2, and just upgraded to PHP 5.3.20. After doing so, the search page in vBulletin is no longer working:
http://www.ldev.com/forums/search.php

If you submit the form, it will go to:
http://www.ldev.com/forums/search.php?do=process

No data is received. In Firefox, you get this:

In Chrome, you get this:
example2.png

I tracked it down to this line (#352) in search.php:
PHP Code:
$results = vB_Search_Results::create_from_cache($current_user, $criteria);

If you put this before that line, the page loads:
PHP Code:
die ('testing 1 2 3');

If you put the same line directly below the $results line, the problem is there.

I repaired all tables (nothing came back as being wrong), and rebuilt the search index.
