Forum User Style Selection Won't Disable
 

EDIT: Solved the issue, thanks guys. Turns out I had to go to the styles itself and disable it from selection. Thanks anyway!

I am facing a very odd situation that I've never actually ran into before. I tried searching for results of anyone else having this issue, but no matches came up. So here I am creating this thread. So, even when disabled in the AdminCP, guests, users, and basically all ranks on the forums still can change the theme. I've tried clearing all my cookies/cache on both browsers and it evidently didn't work. So I'm stuck and now I am here to try to get help for this unknown problem :(
