Error When I Access Forum Manager @ AdminCP
 

I haven't touched the vBulletin files for several weeks. I haven't added any plugins, themes or products recently. In fact, I only have the Welcome Headers plugin enabled. Never got a problem.

Today, for no apparent reason, I'm getting an error message, which prevents me from accessing some crucial features.

The problem resides when I try to access vB Admin CP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager or Add New Forum or Forum Permissions, I get the following error:

The other sections of the Forums & Moderators work fine, which is odd.

Edit: My vBulletin version is 3.8.2.
