Ways to stop scammers?
 

Hey,

I have a very active sales forum on my site, however it gets abused by scammers who are happy to accept the money, but not to send the product...

What options do I have to do to:

• I wish to make it so the forum has to be 25+ posts before you can post any threads, to sell items
• Make a notice in the thread that you have to upload at least one picture / or force the member to upload a picture before they can post / or make them accept a terms & conditions before they can post

Can someone please answer this for me? Thank you.
