I See this forum software used on a lot of big time sites. I would like to start a forum but I'm not sure if I should get this software yet many folks tell me its good when you have a high number of users.

I was planning on downloading SMF for my forum and if I got a good user base i'd upgrade to vBulletin

My question is if I buy this new VB 5 will I get VB4 included which is the one I want since many sites use it and I like the way it looks?

If I have a license can I install VB 5 or VB 4 on all the sites I own or one per license per site?

I heard I have to pay some yearly license fee to renew my software, or is that if I still want support on it?

Ok I got my answer about installing on separate sites I need a new license, so if I installed 5 on one site but another site I wanted to use VB 4 I'd still need another license to do that? Or is that per version
