Forum Problem uploading avatars and safe mode
 

I have this error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 10872/10001 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid/gid 0/0 in [path]/includes/class_upload.php on line 370

I have safe mode enabled in my server settings and my directory is/tmp. I have it set to 777 permissions. Do I need to type that in differently? My path is this: /httpdocs/forum/tmp

What else do I need to check?

I have searched the threads and can't seem to find anything else to change.
