No control panel css showing
 

I have a fresh empty install of vb5. Upon getting things up and running I now finally have logged into the admin section, and there is now style sheet found. I am obviously logged in so I can view the page properties and you can clearly see the errors. I looked via FTP and there isnt even a folder in the root named "cpstyles".

I searched the forum and googled and dont see anything like this. I checked my original download of vb5 and there isnt a folder there. So I dont think I left anything out by mistake.

Any ideas how to fix this?
