Variable replacements (errors?)

I have this problem and would like your assistance.

In my board I have problems with replacement of > with &gt and would like to fix this.

Simply imagine am instructing someone to Click Start > Run then it reads like Code:
Start &gt Run.
How do I fix this guys?
