Can i install my Vbulletin 5 Connect Beta 23 to my ocalhost for testing before upgrade my old system
 

Hi Friends,

I did buy and download Vbulletin5 Connect Beta 23, i wanna install to my localhost for test before upgrade my old forum, at my local i'm using xampp's latest version, is that occure any problem for my licence to install my localhost for testing ?

The second matter is as i understand all add-ons,themes and language packages downloading from vbulletin.org am i right ? is that site your official site or directly supporting by vbulletin ?
