Forum advanced search will not work for some Irish names
 

If I do an advanced search for an name such as Hazel O'Conner, I get a list of threads/posts, but if I click on any of them I get an error warning:

Additionally, a 301 Moved Permanently error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The search works fine for other singers, e.g. Frank Sinatra. It seems the apostrophe is causing problems.

The threads that the search finds are all OK if you access them normally from the forum list or new posts. The problem is still there is if I disable plugins.

Can anyone help please?
