Forum All of a users posts require moderation?
 

Hi all - I am stumped on this.

One of the new members of my forum, who has paid and belongs to the proper user group -- everything he posts requires me to 'approve' it.
I also can't add him as a 'friend'

I don't see anything in his profile or within his profile on the admin CP to suggest anything different about him, he belongs to the proper usergroup, etc - but he is obviously flagged in some way. Does anyone know where to start? Thanks
