I don't know what goes on in that area but does it keep a record of who has read a post? I expect it would know who voted or who liked a post but what about the people who just move along in a browsing fashion, you know, the ones that just look and go. Is that recorded as well?
I visit this forum regularly and notice that many people have read posts but more often than not, most have not responded. It could be 71 have viewed and 2 replied for example.
Is the database set up to monitor all this activity?
Can it generate a list of non responders?
If so, what can we do with that list?
Or is this a JIRA requested future feature?
