Forum How to change Forum Rules background color?
 

I'm looking to change the background color of the rules bock when new members join. Right now it's hard to read the text so I need it changed, I'm not looking to change any other colors anywhere else in the forum so if someone could show me where to change it in the template that would be perfect. If it helps at all here's the color I want to use as the background "rgb(204, 204, 204)". - Thank You
