cannot login after upgrade to v5
 

I upgraded from 4.2 to v5... after 9 attempts I have finally succeeded with a clean upgrade but I cannot log into the admin area.

When I log in it simply returns me to the login form again... if I enter an incorrect login it does tell me that the login is wrong.

I have confirmed that the cookie "bb" in the config files are the same and the paths are correct.

I have also deleted all the cookies on both browsers and get the same results from either one... I even tried a different computer.

I have confirmed that the server does meet or exceed the minimum requirements.
