RSS and private messages

I am sure i read that rss imports were not yet working in VB5 although I could be mistaken, they setup OK but do not work it returns an error and the admin panel looks like the front end error message, I can see the front end inside the admin panel window when it errors if I try to run manually as they do not run otherwise, but no rss data is ever imported in any case.

I do not see a progress bar line for number of messages / space used in the private message system as was in version 3 and 4, is this intended / normal to not have one ? Does not matter just wondered.
