has no permission to change the date of birth
 

Hey all.

Since upgrading to beta 21 I started to get the following error when attempting to make changes via the adminCP

I cant change passwords.
I cant change usergroups for a user (eg - awaiting confirmation and manually changing via adminCP).
I'm unable to work with RSS feeds.

I'm assuming this is a permissions issue? I have admin (me) set to full rights so its got me confused.

Is this a setting in the forum options or a bug? Can anyone give me some feedback please as I'm stumped.
