Forum uploading file size
 

Hello
while posting a new thread and adding a banner pic via URL , iam unable to do it and seeing the error
"error: Your file of 22.4 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 19.5 KB for this filetype."
can any budy plz guide me how can i increase size so that i can upload the images
