Admin can't login and captcha error
 

I (admin) of my forum - vb5 beta 19 - can't login. I am sure about the login password. When I try to reset the password, cache key match doesn't work. Tried many times, it still displaying - incorrect captcha. Even when I try to register a new account, same captcha issue.
what to do?
